Training Philosophy
Krav Maga is meant to rapidly train combat troops in hand-to-hand combat in the shortest amount of time and from a position of disadvantage. In about twenty four training hours, the average person can be reasonably proficient in the basic techniques of Krav Maga. Since most attacks occur when the victim is at a disadvantage, Krav Maga training will include performing techniques while tired, encountering multiple opponents and employing empty-handed defenses against weapons. We recognize that everyone is an individual, so we prefer private training and small groups in order to effectively address the needs of each student.
